Magic: The Gathering lead designer Mark Rosewater's new TCG, Mood Swings, is an attempt to solve one of Magic’s biggest problems: making a simpler trading card game. It’s designed for two to four players and takes between five to 10 minutes to play, with each box containing a complete, ready-to-play deck of 45 randomized cards from a pool of 133.
