Huddersfield Railway Station's £70 million revamp on track and on target for completion in February 2027

Work is firmly on target for the completion of the new £70 million Huddersfield Railway Station, with an opening date pencilled in for Tuesday February 2, 2027. Work on a large-scale internal reconstruction of the grade I-listed station started in November 2023 and remains on schedule and on budget.
