Zayn Malik has cancelled all of his upcoming U.S. tour dates following a recent hospitalisation. Earlier this month, the Pillowtalk hitmaker revealed he would be cutting back his promotional appearances for his new album Konnakol as he was recovering from an undisclosed illness.
