Oakland: Musk Returns To Stand For Altman Openai Lawsuit

Elon Musk returned to the stand Wednesday in federal court in Oakland to continue testimony he began Tuesday in his lawsuit against Sam Altman and OpenAI. The lawsuit claims OpenAI, founded as a nonprofit in 2015, has become a profit-driven entity violating its founding charter and the law. Microsoft is also named as a defendant.
